Its a relatively easy process that you can do yourself and save yourself up to £150 if you have only slight soldering skills.
Why pay hard earned money to someone else when you can do it yourself.

Can you help me plz my drone have glue o something like that and a can’t take the cables off

if its the glue on the inside of the body where the arm cables are attached to, then you need a fine pair of tweezers or something small to pull the glue away from the body, just be careful as you dont want to break the plastic.
It's a little tricky but just pull the glue away from the body, it should release with a gentle bit of force.

I broke the arm holding the front right motor arms plastic on my mini 2 where can I find replacement arms?

You can find official ones all over the Internet and especially ebay, there are loads on there but it depends on where you are in the world and what you want to pay.
I only paid £18 for an official one so don't be thinking you HAVE TO pay an extortionate amount, that's just people trying to make a huge profit off your misfortune.
Don't pay more than £30 with postage.
      Good luck
