I randomly pulled it on master duel and fell in love with it instantly and tried to build a deck around it but its so difficult to consistently get it out on board and have a way to protect it from card effects

Gren Maju immediately comes to mind. Without set-up help from an opponent, I guess the maximum attack it could have is 400x58 (i.e., 23200). If your remover card gets removed, then it's 23600. Of course, if Gren Maju was originally the opponent's and they somehow put it on your side of the field and every single card of your 60-card deck was removed from play, then we'd hit a nice 24000. Not quite 100k, though. Haha Edit: forgot about the extra deck! Add 6000 to all the above numbers. 😅 Final max would be 30,000.
If we include The Wicked Avatar, then honorable mentions are Divine Serpent Geh and Timaeus the Knight of Destiny. I wish Numerounius and Numerounius Numeronia kept more of their anime effects. Numerounius negated all other Number C and CXYZ monster effects, while Numerounia couldn't be destroyed by card effects. I don't think those inclusions would make a difference so there would've been no harm keeping them

I like how you mentioned The Wicked Avatar one of the 3 monsters who could overpower the Egyptian Gods in the original manga story of YGO-DM. I would even go and say they're better than the Egyptian Gods (without their support)

I calculated this recently for the shits, by having Numeron Dragon on both fields be turned into a machine with that RGB trap that also gives it all attributes, while every other monster zone is occupied by a rank 13, 3 limiter removals, 3 megamorphs and both players using 3 Honests in different chains to boost their own dragons. The final number was i think around 300 million lol And i didnt even consider using Clockwork Night instead of the rgb trap, which also works if both players use it since the atk/def changes bring each other back to 0

But first I had to decipher how the hell you summon it, and after I did, I realized it was basically a modern XYZ Zushin. Before iC1000 I was gonna say Gren Maju Da Eiza and use Inferno Tempest with a deck full of monsters when your opponent attacks you with over 3000 attack. Then all monsters get banished and you earn a shit load of attack points. Bonus if you have 2 or 3 Necrofaces in your deck that vanish 10 or 15 extra cards for you. You get quite a bit of attack lmao.
I made a really stupid loop that I bullied a bot with which was Dark Snake Syndrome, Prime Material Dragon, Sanctuary in the Sky and Neo Parshath, the Sky Paladin. Dark snake syndrome does 200 damage to both players per turn, doubled every turn. Prime Material Dragon reverses it to let both players gain that amount instead. Then the Sky Paladin gets bigger and bigger every time it lowers the opponents LP, since it gains the difference between your own LP and the opponents. Fun fact: Legacy of the Duelist: Link evolution caps damage at 165000 :D
23600 Attack/Defence with Gren with 59 monster cards banished. 41300 Defence with Lost Guardian with 59 rock monsters banished. 59000 attack with Tyranno Infinity with 59 dinosaurs banished. Numbers may go slightly higher with extra deck monsters included.
For cyberdark end dragon, you can make a step further and use limiter removal with a cost. With 20k atk, you can OTK almost any monster that doesn't have good protection.
Let's not forget Galaxy Eyes afterglow dragon being detached as a material doubling the attack of a galaxy eyes monster by its original atk. It takes quite a bit of work, but even so much as the trap card Converging wishes synchro summoning Stardust Dragon and it gaining atk equal to however atk of five or more dragon synchro monsters with different names in the graveyard
I once used Ghost Trick Ghoul, Ghost Trick Dullahan, Ghost Trick Alucard and some other random Ghost Tricks to drop like... A good odd 8k+ ish into a single card, which was cool

or you could set up a deck based on summoning "The Calculator", a level 2 monster, that gives X300 per level on your side of the field. I keep that monster in my deck as its simple but wow does it confuse and worry people not ready to see a normal summon monster come out with over 10,000 Atk
Everyone always forgets about D/D/D Destiny King Zero Laplace. Its attack is double the monster it attacks. So theoretically it can go to 20k if it attacks that 10k monster. I have one a game off of attacking a 9k nib token.

I love that my ancient gear deck can consistently bump 8000-10k attack monsters pretty easily
King of the Skull Servants. Granted it take milling skull servant cards, you can get a pretty high attack
Also monsters that give you power based on life point difference like Parshath can get around 10k or higher depended on life point totals

Yeah, as soonbas I saw the premise, I just skipped to the end. I figured C1000 would be there.
I wouldn't count Wicked Avatar since I would argue it is setting its ATK rather than explicitly gaining it.

or you could set up a deck based on summoning "The Calculator", a level 2 monster, that gives X300 per level on your side of the field. I keep that monster in my deck as its simple but wow does it confuse and worry people not ready to see a normal summon monster come out with over 10,000 Atk

Everyone always forgets about D/D/D Destiny King Zero Laplace. Its attack is double the monster it attacks. So theoretically it can go to 20k if it attacks that 10k monster.
