    Which gelatine powder did you use? Coles sell the McKenzies brand and the instructions on the packaging say 2 tsp for 500ml water.
    2 tbsp with 3/4 water seems like a lot?

      Mango has a type of enzyme that prevents gelatin from solidifying. Just heat the mango purée before mixing it with the gelatin!🤗

      Sugar for mango depends oj the quality of mangos you use. If yiu get sweet tastyangoes goneasy on sugar. Aometimes you get little sour side so do add luttle extra sugar to have the final result tasty. Also, Always taste a small piece of mango that you add.

    • @NoodleWithMe
      @NoodleWithMe  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I’ve always used evaporated milk as it’s rich and creamy. You can always try to substitute with an alternative milk, however I’m unsure how this may affect the final texture of the mango pudding! Let me know how you go :)

    Very watery. Can you be more specific in the water amount for ice cubes ?? That has a great effect on the texture. Ice cube can be big or small. You speak too soft, the substiles appear on screen too short. Therefore, is hard for me to catch your contents.
    My English is not that great, I have a hard time hearing your English.
