I made this recipe using the champagne mangoes (6 for $7.99 at 99 Ranch). They are so sweet! My husband enjoyed the pudding, but said condensed milk would be it that much better! lol He's got a sweet tooth. Great recipe!! Thank you for sharing :)
Yes to Aroy-D! My parents used that brand decades ago, and it's still my go-to today for curries and desserts. It doesn't have any guar gum or other kind of added thickener; just straight-up coconut cream and water, so it's got a really punchy coconut flavour and is the perfect consistency. It also tends to be cheaper than the "Western" brands like Thai Kitchen, so win-win :D
can you turn them over onto a plate? I have these silicone molds in different shapes but I have been having trouble getting it to set and come out of the molds properly. Does this recipe have enough gelatine to keep them sturdy enough to come out of a more complicated mold?
Very classy music skill. Escoffier...the father of French Cuisine always name dishes after opera singers or people in the arts. Peach Melba, Pear Helene, Tornedo Rossini, etc.

2 cups mango
2tbsp sugar
Packet geli
1/3 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup boil water
What did you do with the gelatin? You prepared the gelatin but I didn’t see you used it?
Look carefully
I am definitely gonna make this! Love the piano playing. Oh and I just added you on clubhouse, do you ever start rooms?
lol 😂 not yet started a room.
@@angelwongskitchen lets start a boba lovers room. I was in a boba shop industry room the other day, super entertaining
Did someone try this recipe with agar-agar instead of gelatin? If so, how did you adapt the recipe?
That coconut milk is thai brand
