solid TJ, I installed that panel as well and like you, other than the prelabeling and the discomfort puling the dash apart its a nice set up. I havent installed any accessories yet but am thinking about some 6' KCs up front, be interested in seeing what you come up with
The wire bundle you stuck through the firewall goes where? You never showed how to wire you accessories to the system. I assume they wire into the box in the engine compartment?

If they were not pre labeled I would have got this. Don't understand why they didn't just number them or something...

The strong hand jig table has been well worth the money! The other welding table is great but if I had to pick one it would be the jig table

Too bad, they don't have switches for manual transmission. Switches in your video are only for auto.
