    Hi Angie, I did a Pilates workout on the mat with another trainer before yours. I didnt like hers but at least she had a cat. I loved yours. Please consider doing a longer version of this format.

    The last chemo was unexpectedly tough, so I was only now able to try your workout. Totally loved it 😍😍😍 You showed A LOT of commitment and creativity to create a workout that works all areas of the body without overdoing it. I don't think I've come across your seated version of glute exercises before. Most just seem to skip them altogether. I'll admit that my arms were just about to fall off while doing the goal posts 😉but then I was never good at them before all this mess.
    It felt sooo good to remind my muscles (or what's left of them) that they have a job to do beyond sitting/lying on the sofa! I'm already looking forward to doing it again tomorrow and begin to regain some strength.
    My medical team tells me that the worst of the chemo is over even if I still have 12 or more weeks to go. They are ok with me doing gentle strength training on most days as long as I feel reasonably well.

      @@Barrewithbiscuitandangie Thank you! 2nd time through was both easier (because my body and brain knew what to do) and harder (because my body wasn't quite sure why my brain wanted it to it again). I'm not sore at all today, just feeling that the body is no longer used to working out daily. This time I added a 15 min chair yoga stretching workout afterwards to regain some mobility as well. Looking forward to adding your own stretching video soon but I'm not quite ready to get down on the floor yet.

      I’m glad to hear you’re not sore. Slow and steady, don’t overdo it - just keep moving. Be gentle with yourself. FYI next week’s video is a seated stretch routine!
