This is one of your best barre videos!! I love the emphasis on mobility, range of motion and core control- so important for everything in life. I do a lot of walking and this helped open the hips back up afterwards.
Great workout! I’m recovering from knee surgery so I had to modify a few as I can’t bend as much but still great to encourage some range of motion in those knees!

Barre is a favorite of mine, and this was fantastic. I like to add my Lace-Ups to my ankles, instead of ankle weights.
