The story about the Japanese capsule hotel was hilarious! Gina's talk was engaging, entertaining, and incredibly informative. This really made me think about my own relationship with food and how it ties into my personal identity.

It’s amazing how Gina brings to light that food isn't just about sustenance, but a means of expressing our identity, our culture, and our personal journey. The story about the man trying fondue for the first time was touching, and it symbolizes the joy of discovering new cuisines and expanding our food experiences. Truly inspiring.

I just finished watching this talk and I must say, Gina Keatley's profound understanding of the connection between food and identity is so fascinating. She effortlessly intertwines the aspects of culture, cuisine, and personal experiences, providing a fresh perspective on how we perceive food and its cultural significance. I've never looked at food in this light before. This talk has surely broadened my perspective.

I love the concept of 'food identity.' Never thought about it that way, but it makes so much sense.

Browsing on TH-cam and came across it a bit randomly. Good one though

The most dangerous part of TH-cam? Being tempted to leave random comments. Just kidding. Keep it going - good stuff

The talk was interesting, but Gina lost me when she started speaking about lab-grown meat. It seemed off-topic and really took away from the overall flow of the presentation.

I felt like there were too many personal anecdotes. I was expecting more hard facts and less storytelling. The title suggested an academic exploration of food and identity, but this felt more like a memoir.
