      Mam u can't loss the body fat wd only exercise.. the proper diet plane wd less carbs play a major role so do it together if u want to take good results ..

      Age has nothing to do with weight. Your weight should be according to your height. If your weight is in accordance with your height you need not to lose weight.

    These exercises are amazing, I did it for the first time... So it was kind of unstable or shaky or difficult... 😂 Can't describe in words.... I'm on fasting these days... So not doing so that many sets... But yes I can't miss these exercises for the world, even if I do it for 5 minutes 😁😁😁 love you so much for this ❤️

    So today I have started these exercise (I'm going to edit this comment daily)
    Day 1 : My legs were hurting a lot.
    Day 2: No change and the pain increased
