So when are you gonna bring your beast to the Proper Taffy Dakar www.taffydakar.org.uk and test your skills in navigation and put your bike through its ultimate test? The Welsh Taffy Dakar makes the Paddy Dakar seem tame ;)
I also Brian Berkery and his mate (forget his name) are organizing the Long distance navigation trials event which seems right u your bikes avenue ...Check them out on facebook...Looks good :)

Hi Darren. Thanks 👍 I'm actually rebuilding my Honda 😁 and preparing it for even longer future journeys. Next year I'm planning to go to Spain as well. With some upgrades and few changes, I think this bike is just perfect for long adventures. I purchased exell wheel with cush drive. I'm happy that I've decided to rebuild it now because parts are becoming more and more expensive and harder to get... Have a look at my Instagram @enduro_ventures to see the progress 😁 Cheers!

I'm not been smart either just curious as I've never had problems in the past with other xrs but maybe you can shed some light as to why it's good idea or not? I've just got a XR650R that I'm seetting up for off road adventure trips bit like your bike setup. Thanks
Hi Bernd. Thanks! Unfortunately I don't know the color code for front fairing. I just asked a painter to get similar color to Xr's color and I was amazed by final effect :) Best regards

@bush600r2 The new wheel that I bought was only available with the cush hub... That was the main reason :)
