I recently started using the Luna G3 CPAP ( two weeks now )and was informed by the provider of the machine that they are not receiving the data. They wanted to know if I even started the sleep therapy.
Whatever service they are using is not strong in your area. You may want to move it from time to time and let it transmit. You can kick it off by just turning it on and off for a min, and it will send, and then you can move it back.

I have been using my Luna 3G for five days now. It's already lagging/missing a day of data when I try to retrieve it from the QR code. Brand new unit.
Most new G3s have a modem inside and you dont have to scan your code. Check the upper left corner for cell phone bars!
Did you ever get the SD card for the software update and did that help? Are you able to do an update on this topic. Thanks
It also has the cell phone bars with line going thru like it not connected to service.
Is the signal at your house typically good?
I don’t have issues with my cell service at home. I moved my machine to another room to see if it transmits today. The screen showed one bar .

How do I get to software update
They mailed out cards to all the vendors you should be able to get it where you got your machine.
