Thanks for posting this! I've had my G3 for a week but couldn't figure out why the ramp setting maxed out at only 30 minutes. Thanks to you, I was able to get it to the full 60 as well as turn the Auto On to off so I can relax while putting my mask on. Thanks again!
I received this machine this wk and tried to use it last night. I didn’t. I set the machine up and put the mask on and it felt fine. Turned the machine on and it was like a leaf blower had been shoved in my mouth and my stomach was going to pop. I LITERALLY COULD NOT BREATH. The air was being blown so hard that it took my breathe away and I couldn’t breath. Tried adjusting settings and still the same result. Is this normal? My doctor has told me jack sh*t about this machine and for what I’m goin to be paying I’ll box it up and sent it back if I can’t get it to work.
Hi There, I have my Cpap Luna G3 with an issue when starting, the last time I used it, I was in a hurry and I just disconnected it from the power without pressing the off button, when I wanted to use it last night, the machine does not send air and a message appears on the screen that says "it is reading the SD card " and it does not start; I already tried restarting it, but when I connect it back to the power it stays in the same message as above, can you help me correct this problem? thanks in advance.
@@CPAPmyway Hello, and thanks for your reply, I did remove the old SD card and the Cpap start running good again, by a mistake I remove some files from the SD card, do you think this will damage the SD ?? can I still using the old SD without the files that was removed ?? can I buy a new one SD card and use it, without the Cpap SD files that came with the new one ?? I really dont use the SD card at all, thanks in advance for your support.
I received my Luna G3 CPAP last week and things have been going fine. On 6/27/23 it appears to have stopped recording data and I haven’t been able to reach my respiratory therapist. Can you give me any ideas as to problem (my WiFi signal is strong)?
The SD card should still be recording even if you do not see it on the app. The cord holds 365 days of usage data. It will require a manual download though. Link below will show you how. That is a question that you will have to send to your Dr unfortunately. They may be able to change up some settings to help you out.

You may need to try another SD card. If that doesn't work then it may need to go back to your supplier.

How can I set my Luna g3 to auto stop / start when I need to use bathroom

Why am I hearing my breathing through my Luna?
That sounds fairly normal unless there is a large leak.
Where is the sd card at
It is behind the humidifier chamber. Little gray cover over the SD card.
