Pushing in the home button and knob at the same time does not go to the settings adjustment as you said.

Yes it does. You need to push both in at the same time and hold for a few seconds until the clinical settings appear as per stated in the video

We even demonstrated it in the video and it works

We believed a few seconds meant about 5 seconds, but as the above commentary needed it to be more specific, hold them for 5 seconds

Can't seam to set the clock , it's on military am

I cannot get into settings I go to setup I go to ramp and I can make the word ramp turn yellow and white but not go on and off. the pushing of the home and dial does not seem to work for me I counted to 5 and 10 no luck I just received this unit today 10/20

That didn't work at first for me either. Then I had another go of holding down the home and knob buttons for a count of 5, rather than "a few seconds" and I got through to the clinical settings.

that's exactly what we tell you to do in the video. A few seconds can be 5 seconds.

These are junk. Cant adjust the pressure low enough. 4.0 is as low as it goes.
