Just b/c you were okay during his last presidency doesn't meant a lot of ppl were. I was working social services through 2 gvt shutdowns and the pandemic. The most disadvantaged got worse. These were elderly, disabled and children. A lot more who were on the edge fell off. We lost several clients to Covid. It was hard. I was severely overworked. And he's talking about making it even harder to get assistance and kicking ppl off who are on various programs now. Make plans and take care of what you can but let's not pretend there's a very strong likelihood that this term will cause a lot ppl to lose their jobs/insurance/homes/savings and there won't be a way to help them.

Good morning, Everyone As a Believer in Jesus Christ I totally agree that Jesus Christ is still alive and well and Yes it doesn't matter who ended up in the WH because my Help has always come from the Lord not just now. But it seems to me, that a lot of people either took a blind eye and a deaf ear to what has gone on in this Country for almost the past 4 years under the current administration. And from what was presented from each candidate, we only had 2, I can say, I feel that the country will be served better under the Trump administration.

No specific suggestions from me, but all I can say is that he's really likely to win. It's really not as difficult to smartly distribute your assets as many people assume. It requires a certain level of expertise, which ordinary investors lack, so a financial advisor usually comes in very handy. I definitely felt when Trump was president last time, and he got rid of the national pandemic team at the National Security Council, defunded our worldwide pandemic detection apparatus, which left us defenseless against pandemics. This caused the deaths of a million Americans and shut down our economy. Many of us lost our loved ones and our businesses. We felt it.
Maternal mortality rate for black women is almost 3x higher than white/Hispanic women and over 5x higher than Asian women. Roe v Wade isn’t just about abortions. It included life saving procedures which are now illegal in The South where most black people live. I know this is a personal finance channel, but you brought up the politics and that’s not always about the economy. The effect on black families is direct and simple. Add tariffs on the products you buy monthly from Walmart and Target and that affects everyone. Given that blacks statistically earn less, we have lower margins and those with lower margins are affected the most by increased prices. Oh yeah and Project 2025 wants to give cops more power, so buckle up… This isn’t a complaint. This is simply answering the question of: what happens to black folks now? My house is fine. OUR house is not yet.

The store that I worked for close while he was president plus South Florida depends on immigrants, tourist, plus regular s as well so as soon as he came in office, it was like crickets everywhere. What do you tell parents with severely disabled children who require medical care through Medicaid? If we value all life, why would we eliminate waiver programs and community supports to help the most vulnerable in our community? There are elderly parents with dementia, adults with severe disabilities… these folks number in the millions and we aren’t committed to supporting them. Is making money and cutting important services more important than ensuring the most vulnerable are supported?
I’m a health insurance broker. I’ve searched throughout the industry to see what’s going to take place as far as ACA and Medicaid. There hasn’t been any official talk on if those programs are being impacted as of yet. Medicare isn’t going away. My guess is if anything…ACA may be impacted the most.

My main concern with Trump being in office present day, is war. My son is 17. I am worried about the return of the draft and him being drafted. I am also worried about the treatment of Blacks in America. I am never worried about finances with any president. Yes I felt it when he appointed the justices that in turn put women’s life in danger. I felt it when I had to send money to my daughter monthly to help her and my grands. Because rent is out of control. Now, I have a pregnant daughter who I pray has no complications and the doctors are not too afraid of going to jail to help her if she does. You put more money in corporations pockets and as a result they hired more black people than ever since they started counting unemployment, so the short answer is the unemployment rate for black people was the lowest under him because he instituted policies that freed up the people who have the money to hire black people and they hired black people. Just b/c you were okay during his last presidency doesn't meant a lot of ppl were. I was working social services through 2 gvt shutdowns and the pandemic. The most disadvantaged got worse. These were elderly, disabled and children. A lot more who were on the edge fell off. We lost several clients to Covid. It was hard. I was severely overworked. And he's talking about making it even harder to get assistance and kicking ppl off who are on various programs now. Make plans and take care of what you can but let's not pretend there's a very strong likelihood that this term will cause a lot ppl to lose their jobs/insurance/homes/savings and there won't be a way to help them.

And from what was presented from each candidate, we only had 2, I can say, I feel that the country will be served better under the Trump administration.

No specific suggestions from me, but all I can say is that he's really likely to win. It's really not as difficult to smartly distribute your assets as many people assume. It requires a certain level of expertise, which ordinary investors lack, so a financial advisor usually comes in very handy. That is how people make huge profits in market key changers like elections.
I agree. A financial advisor can really help you re-adjust and identify blindspots that you yourself do not notice, like mine did in advising me during COVID on how the pandemic will shape things, and I made it out big and still make up to at least 20k in dividend per month.

When i was broke i hated blanket general advice like this from guys who always made it. I swear i’ll never be like this when i reach this level.
Though I absolutely believe that God is in control, though I believe that we are in a position to make and build wealth around the world for our families. The reality is we still live in a world of sin and all I’m saying is he makes it harder. Me as an Black African born American thinks about him over turning my citizenship, i think about getting married one day and getting pregnant and being left to die because of his laws, i think about my fiancé, brother in law and other family who could be killed by the hands of police because he had made it okay those things no amount of money can do anything. When I think about him I think about three of my friends who lost their mothers to COVID in 2019 because he didn’t take it seriously these women aren’t poor women and they will easily give up the money just to have their mothers with them. I definitely felt when Trump was president last time, and he got rid of the national pandemic team at the National Security Council, defunded our worldwide pandemic detection apparatus, which left us defenseless against pandemics. This caused the deaths of a million Americans and shut down our economy. Many of us lost our loved ones and our businesses. We felt it.
Maternal mortality rate for black women is almost 3x higher than white/Hispanic women and over 5x higher than Asian women. Roe v Wade isn’t just about abortions. It included life saving procedures which are now illegal in The South where most black people live. I know this is a personal finance channel, but you brought up the politics and that’s not always about the economy. The effect on black families is direct and simple. Add tariffs on the products you buy monthly from Walmart and Target and that affects everyone. Given that blacks statistically earn less, we have lower margins and those with lower margins are affected the most by increased prices. Oh yeah and Project 2025 wants to give cops more power, so buckle up… This isn’t a complaint. This is simply answering the question of: what happens to black folks now? My house is fine. OUR house is not yet.

I lived in South Florida when he was president I’ve been in Georgia for two years now. The store that I worked for close while he was president plus South Florida depends on immigrants, tourist, plus regular s as well so as soon as he came in office, it was like crickets everywhere. So it depends on the person. Also because of Covid, my business was not successful. I wasn’t the only one. People give Trump way too much credit. I’m doing OK now thank goodness. Because of my hard work.

What do you tell parents with severely disabled children who require medical care through Medicaid? If we value all life, why would we eliminate waiver programs and community supports to help the most vulnerable in our community? There are elderly parents with dementia, adults with severe disabilities… these folks number in the millions and we aren’t committed to supporting them. Is making money and cutting important services more important than ensuring the most vulnerable are supported?
I’m a health insurance broker. I’ve searched throughout the industry to see what’s going to take place as far as ACA and Medicaid. There hasn’t been any official talk on if those programs are being impacted as of yet. Medicare isn’t going away. My guess is if anything…ACA may be impacted the most.

When Trump was in office in 2020 we were going thru covid and other things. My main concern with Trump being in office present day, is war. My son is 17. I am worried about the return of the draft and him being drafted. I am also worried about the treatment of Blacks in America. I am never worried about finances with any president. There was not one war during his time, which was great! Today under the current the Biden-Harris Admin, we are apart of several proxy wars. We were also in war with Bush. Yes I felt it when he appointed the justices that in turn put women’s life in danger. I felt it when I had to send money to my daughter monthly to help her and my grands. Because rent is out of control. Now, I have a pregnant daughter who I pray has no complications and the doctors are not too afraid of going to jail to help her if she does. The trickle down effect is real. Then there are emboldened people who approach you wrong.

One size doesn't fit all. We have to be real here. For the middle class, policies, interest rates and etc. do affect how we live and spend. Regardless, when interest rates go up, the middle class will spend a bit less. You're right, Trumps win shouldn't stop us from moving forward and building. You put more money in corporations pockets and as a result they hired more black people than ever since they started counting unemployment, so the short answer is the unemployment rate for black people was the lowest under him because he instituted policies that freed up the people who have the money to hire black people and they hired black people. That equates to increased wealth and on top of that he got Roe v Wade destroyed which is reducing the number of black babies who have in their heads pulled off their bodies and being dismembered.
Perhaps if we went to college, stay married, acquire high skills and cooperate among ourselves, black wealth would increase. Have you thought about that?
