    I started investing in ETFs and bonds a while ago, though given my start age, I sometimes questioned if it made sense. It often felt like my focus on diversification was more about diluting returns than actually managing risk. After investing time in research, I discovered a strategy that worked for me, helping me reach $4 million before retirement. Looking back, I'm glad I was still timely enough to make those changes

      it’s worth noting that luck often plays a significant role in investing, sometimes even more than the resources involved. Without it, it's challenging

      In my experience, luck plays a part, especially in the short term. But I’ve noticed that when results remain consistent, it usually indicates something more than just luck. For me, research was the challenge until It led to Emily Ava Milligan, a fund manager. Her strategy really resonated and contributed to growing 400k into this and counting

    I like the shirt idea!! We don’t need to be buying expensive clothes or clothes just to buy or bc we have more money.
    Growing up, seeing my dad not buy stuff, I thought getting the career, I wouldn’t have to go through that. But it’s about managing your money for your goals.
    I have to ask myself, is this item worth more than taking a vacation, saving, investing, retiring early, or working more and being away from my family. The answer is no.

    Good information. Does that mean you have to give in the church ? Or can that mean you can give to people who may be in need ? I’ve done both but I would like another perspective.

    I hope whoever decides to open the sofi savings account realizes you need to setup a direct deposit with their bank and have a direct deposit of $5,000 every month to qualify for the 4.6% APY. If not you'll only get 1.20% APY.

  • @dannyrivera2
    @dannyrivera2 19 วันที่ผ่านมา

    Why wouldn’t you put most of that in an investment account? Usually people recommend 3-6 months, anything more than that parked in a savings account is unnecessary unless you plan on using that additional money on a purchase in the short term.

    Mental health therapy is great. So is speech therapy. Very useful to learn better ways to speak and communicate to improve clarity. People are often offended when I suggest this; I'm not saying we should learn to "talk white", just to consider that we can learn to speak more clearly and better communicate our message. It's humbling and totally worth the sacrifice!

    I invest in my Roth IRA. And my 401k toward my retirement. As far as my disposable income I have 27,000 in a regular savings account toward emergency. But going forward any further disposable income I put in a regular brokerage acct. I feel like even with the risk you still make more in the market than leaving it in a bank. And if need be in case of emergency I could just sell. And liquidate some money. So I think your safer in the market ETFS And index funds are the way to go... And my emergency savings acct is a high yield savings acct.

      Spend only if you need it to live. Give only if it is something to sustain another life and you are the only person around that can help.
      After your life is more stable you can give more.
      While Christians should give freely, we are not supposed to give carelessly.
