These games have changed so much over the years. Super Secret Bases, Mega Evolutions, flying through the sky, Primal Reversion, and updated looks. But one thing is missing, where are the TRUMPETS?!

Well to be honest...I like the lack of trumpets. Does that make me a bad person to NOT want the overuse of trumpets for Hoenn? They're my favorite games ever but still. They gotta change it up, right? Otherwise it might sound pretty bad with the updated music. Trust me. I was in band and two trumpet players was enough otherwise they would overpower the other instruments like the flutes. So do you agree with me on that? Also, the updated music sounds great since XY's music sounded pretty good. So that makes ORAS's music AMAZING! At least, that's how I see it. ^.^
They weren't trumpets, they were French horns , and they're still there.

I was too young to remember victory road when I played emerald. So i'm going into it without spoilers! c:
Preferably no need for HM uses like strength. I've always had to replace one of my team with a pokemon dedicated for HM's, and the last pokrmon would have to ve trained afterwards. But I still want it to be a challenge. I liked the dark area in the Hoenn Victory Road
I kind of want a segment that makes you bring every HM in it, just to go the extra mile. It could be a side thing like...was it Sinnoh? I think it was Sinnoh. I think it just would be funny for the game to go "have fun filling half your team with HMs" for a bit. I wouldn't even be mad. I had a rom hack do that once and it was actually pretty clever about it, so I think it could be fun.
If you recall, there were trainers that had gen 1 starters to hint the fire red and leaf green remakes, so I want to see if they keep it, or preview a new gen remake starter. OR, have more double battle themes, such as the ace trainers with the nidoking and nidoqueen. small stuff like that always got to me, hell, gen VI victory road was a kind-of list of future megas, so I would love to see what they have in the Hoenn victory road.
I'd like Wally to be an actual threat by having a powerful team. I'd also want HM's to not be a necessity.
The savage drumroll and that spanish guitar solo were not necessary, yet here they are combined together to make perhaps the sickest cover of Victory Road.
Its glorious.
8 years later and this remains a theme of nostalgia. Victory Road in the Hoenn Trilogy was just so powerful and set the bar for greater soundtracks. The trainers alone were tough to beat, but having this playing as you trekked through the mountain was just... awe inspiring.

Poor Sootopolis, just sitting there with its inhabitants who are even more stuck than they normally are. Just think, even during a normal day, if you can't swim or hold your breath, you're pretty much stuck in the city. You would have to fly out, and it's not like there are flying Pokemon readily available there. If you can swim and hold your breath, there are freaking Gyradoses in the water lurking about. That equals one big nope situation. Hopefully they're all trainers who can teach their Pokemon Dive...

I got Sapphire and Emerald used back in, like, 2011 so I can still get nostalgic jitters and whatnot since it was a while ago. Yeah, I'm a newer Pokemon fan but I'm pretty knowledgeable about it though. ^.^
I played ruby first 2006-2007 somewhere around there I think. I was like 6 years old. Back when I didn't know any english but still beat the game somehow. I am not sure tho. I didn't even understand what sp atk and sp def meant. When ORAS drops I want to do a nostalgia run on OR. Unfourtunately I can't find where my ruby is so I'll have to do it from memory.

I got Sapphire in 2011 yet I have nostalgic memories of it. I could never beat it though because of Victory Road so I always started the game over. I got through Victory Road in Emerald but I couldn't go back to Sapphire after that until last year. Now I can play Sapphire and Ruby and not care that Emerald is the better of those games. ^.^

my best friend in his opinion believes that Rayquaza is the king of all pokemon. I agree to an extent. He's op superstrong. Even after sun and moon came out I still think Mega Rayquaza can take out any Mega Mewtwo and I don't even use legendaries
My hopes for ORAS is that they scale the levels better than they did in Ruby and Sapphire. the strongest wild pokemon you ever fight is level 40, and so you're going into the E4 with a team of low to mid 40's at best, and then Sydney's pokemon are high 40's.By the time you're getting to steven, if you get there at all, he shits on you. Then there's the business of the HUGE level gap between Winona and Tate and Liza that i hope they iron out. I'll love the game regardless, but the level curve needs to be fixed big time.
IMO Tate and Liza were the easiest gym leaders in that game (Team Swampert FTW!)
I don't know if they'll adjust the levels. Looking back at Heart Gold and Soul Silver, their levels in Gyms are almost exact like the originals. They may include Mega Evolutions for Gym Leaders if opportunities exist.

I quite like the Rayquaza in this pic - very detailed.
Some remixes that I'd love to see would be the 5th gen Victory Road theme and the XY Victory Road theme, those two kicked ass. This is brilliant, though on the short side.
Other's that I'd like to see would what i consider to be the single best pokemon track put in a game, the Semifinal battle music from Collosseum and XD; GoD and the Cipher Admin music from Collosseum (also used in the finals of Pokemon XD)

ORAS are my favorite pokemon games, the sound track brings me so much nostalgia and episode delta is for me the best plot of pokemon (zinnia
