How To Smoke A Whole Chicken On A Ninja Woodfire Grill

  • A bit of decent weather here on this normally rainy island means it's time to bring out the Ninja Woodfire Grill! Ant excuse for me. Since purchasing this, smoking whole chicken has never been easier. If you own one of these grills, and you haven't smoked a chicken yet, you should give it a go! Thanks again for your support.
    Ingredients for alternative Peri Peri Rub (feel free to double this up for a stronger flavour)
    1 tbsp tomato paste (puree)
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp white wine vinegar
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    3 crushed garlic cloves or 1 tbsp garlic paste
    1 red chilli finely chopped and deseeded or 1 tsp chilli paste
    1 tbsp warer
    1 heaped tbsp dried oregano
