Thanks for the advice. I’ve just spent ages trying to find the best settings and tips and yours seems the most logical to me…now to get prepping and cooking!
Thanks!!!! I appreciate your detailed instructions and the tip about the pellet economizer. I’ve tried other recipes with higher temps and they came out way too toasty!
The hopper economizer? Sounds like a great idea, but what is it? I was thinking of adding some pebbles to the hopper to decrease the capacity, but is there an actual accessory?
I tried my first cook last night, it was a smaller chicken, so I think it was a tiny bit overcooked, would you recommend dropping the temp or cooking time. Also could you drop a link to the economiser pellet thingy. Great video by the way. Really helped me get the confidence to try my new toy out for the first time.
Just cook for less time. Invest in a thermometer to monitor your temps so you don't go over. www.thepelletman.co.uk/economiser/ this is the link you wanted.
Hi- I’m about to buy a Woodfire but am wondering if the xl is worth the extra money. Not bothered about the probe gadget at all. What are your thoughts please?
I would be carefull adding the meat immediately... Anyine thinkig for grilling (other than roasting) they can do the same. But very careful, as you increase the chance of burning the food.
Sorry, aber wir wissen selber wie man ein Hähnchen mariniert. Du redest mir zu viei. Ich möchte den woodfire sehen, nicht dein Gesicht. Sorry, nicht böse gemeint.
I can’t believe there are all those pinfeathers on the tailbone of the chicken. Use a pliers to get the pin feathers out or cut around and discard the tailbone.🤢. I’m going to try this recipe because it sounds really good but please make it appetizing as well.
Thanks Tom, just discovered your chanel as well as new to the Ninja Woodfire so going to try your recipe this evening
Enjoy buddy 🍺
Makes such a difference adding butter under the skin . Nothing complicated i add chicken oxo mixed in the butter, works for me 😊
Yep that will work

Glad I could help
Another great job Tom ❤
Cheers rigs
Do you have a video for smoked turkey? Or do the same as a whole chicken?
I would just do the same

Great video, may i ask the model name of your carving knife please?
Starrett. I won it in a competition. Great knife I think they are about a tenner on amazon
The pellet economiser is a handy tip, just ordered one.
Love mine
Great upload, can’t beat roast chicken on the Weber 👌👌
Personally I prefer a jointed chicken over a rotisserie
Hi Just found your channel will do this receipe soon.
Enjoy
Looks good
Cheers
really helpful, thank you
Glad to help.
Just been watching your video on the Ultimate Woodfire Chicken, just wondering why you use the Roast Function rather than the Smoker one? Thank you.
Higher temp faster fan make for crispier skin
Do you have to use pellets with the woodfire button. its my first cook and i want to try without smoke first . Thank you
Don't use the woodfire setting use bake or roast instead. Woodfire is for smoking
Great video ! 😁 do you have a video for large beef ribs?

Honestly I don't know what the differences are I'm happy with what I've got
Never foil the chicken you’ve wasted all that time getting crispy skin the foil helps create steam which softens the skin from being uber crispy 😊
Thanks for watching

Never had an issue

Your are entitled to your opinion
