Eat only 1 to 2 tablespoons of any new food, wait 3 days before eating it again adding another tablespoon or 2. You add more servings, and more frequency as your body is changing and digesting your new healthy choices. So my husband and some members of his family have issues with their skin on their arms thinning as they age . It becomes red and mottled . It tears and bleeds easily . I just started 3 days ago. Amazing results right on the second day. Joints pain from arthritis gone. I almost forgot that pain lived in me for a year (aging problem). I started drinking collage peptides protien after cancer and I have been taking it for the past 2 years. I did not see a difference physically for 8 months; though I did see a difference in joint movement. I take my collagen peptides with prenatal vitamins once a day. after a year all the wrinking under my eyes disappeared and my skin tone changed and now my hair is getting thicker. I can only agree with is that you should start taking peptides when you young and healthy and you have to be patient.
Collagen needs vitamin C to work in the body….or it just passes through the GI tract. Like some vitamins need fat to be soluble or food. BTW They do make collagen peptides in Marine form….fish ingredients for those who cant or dont want to use Bovine. Im 52 and use it daily….It really helps me recover from daily workouts. My personal opinion I think everyone should do a detox before they take any supplement. It’ll absorb better.

It made all my symptoms worse until I couldn’t leave the house, so common things, had to quit school/job, could barely parent my child, and wasn’t much better than a vegetable laying on my sofa/bed in agony.
