From what little of Xenoverse 2 I've heard so far, it's definitely a step up from recent games. The Budokai series is probably still the top of that mountain, though, with a few exceptions (Vegeta and Recoome sound kinda bored in this one compared to others).
oh gosh this bring back so much memeories i love ths game it was perfect and the maddest dragoon ball z ever i specially like everyone combos and the rush attack when u have to pick buttons in order to defend or attack the pson and every saga was too amazing but the hardest part was trying to find the hidden/secret character and play each characters story and i love how there was an twist side in every characters story like adult gohan i go through everything and i reach apart when gohan defeated kid buu instead of goku and when vegeta fought broly then discovered goku is an super sayain four and vegeta used a machine bulma make to make make him transform damn i miss these games they will always be part of my memeories thank u for uploading this gamer this was amazing

I think Dabura has one of the best Ultimates, just the way he finishes with a blast of dark energy right to the face; badass. He also had one of the nicest looking auras when he was powered up, looked class when you had him fight Mystic Gohan with his light blue aura.
In case no one's pointed it out yet, Tien's finishing attack does more damage when you lose the button mashing part (or joystick rotating, I can't remember how it went anymore). I would use that bit of knowledge to my advantage all the time
I havent played all the DBZ games but I played this one and I felt that it was the best. Esp the fact that brolly has no knockback and its always a challenge to defeat someone using brolly
The hidden one (and by that I mean the one that isn't considered a special for Frieza) is the barrage death beam. Cell and Cooler have it too but they don't have the Crazy Finger Beam that Frieza can do in his third form.
When I think about it, SSJ Gohan's Super Kamehameha sounds better than most of the supers in the game, the VA put a lot of emotion into it, that's for sure. Buildup and everything.
I'm not asking for too much when I'm asking for something they managed to do on PS2 without an obvious loading screen. Dimps didn't really put that much effort into Xenoverse or 2, and way too many attacks are more trouble than they're worth in their game.
You could fly around worlds in some of the PS2 titles. A sizable chunk of the special attacks in Xenoverse 2 can barely, if at all, hit a target, making them effectively useless fireworks shows. Saiyans get 3 (cool), humans get nimbus (That makes no sense), Namekians get giant (Pros and cons and definitely something wanted in 1), Frieza's Race gets their primary color swapped, and Majin get. . . their identity stripped away so they can become a palatte swap of Kid buu. Xenoverse isn't even the first or second game where you can make your own DB CC, and it definitely won't be the last DB fighting series to do it. You can't have local CC (on your system) fight against or with each other The character selection list is padded with different versions of the same character, in older fighting titles for DB you could have 1 character, have them transform quickly in the middle of a fight, and choose what form they went into from their single character selection The characters alt selections are mostly just their same outfit with a slightly different loadout, and not only could you customize the loadout of Dragon Ball series characters in Budokai 3, you got radically different colors that were cool and interesting Your character is the hero isn't really original enough. DB Fusions for the 3DS handled story better by giving you a new one with old familiar characters thrown into a new setting along with you. The new story content for DBXV was interesting in a state of it being the first title, but XV2 basically just rehashed the plot from 1. Also, What If? Stories were better in past games, including SS3 Brolly, what if Krillin and Gohan beat Dodoria, and What if Raditz hit his head arriving on Earth and became a good guy? We've had better in the past, and settling for less is only going to make development companies think they can skate by on being lazy, even in an age where content and balancing patches can be regular affairs.
