SSJ4 Gogeta’s 100x Big Bang Kamehameha in this game is still the best ultimate outta all the Dragon Ball games. The animation, the sounds and the whole “lets see you survive this ONE!” It’s so badass.

Couldn't agree more and it's one of the reasons SSJ4 Gogeta will always be the goat of dragonball to me and honestly im mad gogeta didnt do a big bang kamehameha at the end of the broly movie and just did a normal kamehameha
if the opponent has 3 health bars (green) it kills them with that, so yeah it’s the best ultimate

And looks the most destructive too.All the other major ones look like an atomic bomb dropped but his Final Explosion attack literally looks like a planet-destroying asteroid hit Earth.Definitely my favorite out of all of them.

Budokai 1 - Best Story, Best looking (my opinion but the "style" it is looks better to me)
Budokai 2 - Story mode (depends on your preference) and what if's
Budokai 3 - Best Gameplay, Flashiest moves, Great story, good roster.
Only thing I hate about B3 is the fact that they removed the what-ifs

budokai 2 has the best story mode ever. You can literally beat the bosses with any character
Trunks moves his hands so fast before he does the burning attack. I can't even see the movements slowing th vid down.

budokai 3 really captured the feel from the show lol i.e. the super ghost kamikaze looks exactly like it did on TV lol

As much as i loved budokai 3 i have to disagree, it was the furthest from the show's feel actually. The fighting itself was very slow, tenkaichi 3 was pretty close but nowhere perfect, they had to use a formula similar to Zone of the Enders to capture the show's signiture fast pace combat.
Budokai 3 was slow but very well-balanced and fun for a fighting game. It and Budokai 1's story mode were miles better than Tenkaichi's, and the music too. Tenkaichi 3 had a lot of characters and it played like the show, but balance went out the window.

One of the things this game doesn't get enough credit for was how qoutable it was, the voice actors got so many lines right that to this day still pop in my head and some that I remember saying along with the characters as i would play.
Okay I thought I was going crazy because I would smoke and these lines would pop into my head all the time. Hats off to the VAs for making something so memorable over a decade into the future
