A quick shifter is better used for track days or drag strips. And if you street race or twisties. On a 300cc daily commuter its not necessary. On a r6 its up to you what you spend your money on.
Guess, it's a good thing we live in a world, where people get to choose what they want to spend their own money on.

if I were to do a dry nitrous kit on my bike would the auto tune read the extra oxygen and add the extra fuel it needs?
For QS, does it matter green wire for #3, blue for #4 or vice versa?
Colors don't matter. Only that you are in #3 & #4.
What exhausts are offered so theres no welding needed?

Sure. We've got many customers who have that setup.

On the R3, you only need PCV.
So I have everything installed, pcv and autotune exactly like in the video. When I plug into the computer it does not show green saying that auto tune is running. Also after I rode around for about an hour, and checked the trim, it is still all zeros... but it does show on the live data that it is adjusting the fuel and timing... not sure I'd everything is working correctly. And help is appreciated. Thanks.
the Green "Autotune" Light will ONLY come on when you are in a quadrant of the graph that is actually getting AUTOTUNE. So normally that would only happen on a DYNO.
If your TARGET A/F Map is not filled out, then there will be no trims.
So does it take a while for it to show trims that need to change? Sorry im new to this.
And the target a/f do they fill themselves?
And not to ask a million question, just trying to figure it out.. when I hook up to the computer everything seems to read other than the afr section it just reads 0.00 the whole time

Couldn't you run the power wire directly to the battery?
Unfortunately, that's not an option.
Thanks for the reply. Dynojet said the Auto Tune wouldn't turn off if you connected it directly to the battery. Which caused some people to have drained battery.

So I've got everything hooked up. Quick shifter works great. But the Auto Tune doesn't seem to work. It has a red light that flashes 3x. This kit didn't come with a CAN termination plug. Do you think that's the problem? Thanks

Why would anyone waste money buying this for a 300cc bike?aside from a track 300cc this set up is a 1/3 of the cost of buying a 300cc bike.
A quick Shifter is only $179. The BIke costs around $5200. Not sure how $179 is 1/3 of $5200 ? :-)
Im sure for a pc5, auto tune, amd quick shifter comes out to be a few hundred dollars. $5,200 on a bike most people dont keep long so any real.investment is pointless. 300cc are usually just daily commuters. Or track purposes i guess would be the only reason to invest in aftermarket parts. To each his own when it comes to bikes. Dont listen to me as long as you enjoy.the bike thats all that matters
so this will be better to do on a 100+ hp r6? what would be the point in more power on a bike thats creating over 100 horses? wouldn't a commute bike be better for a quick shifter since you will be using it all the time?
Considering nearly every modern sport bike now comes with some form of a quick shifter, and 95% of those bike are STREET ONLY......... would indicate, that Quick shifters are enjoyed on Street bikes as well.
sales @hardracing exactly what I'm saying these people arguing you will get bored blah blah I've been ridding for a while and I rarely prefer a bike high in horses, currently the ninja 400 is my fault and I'm loving it but a quickshifter would only Improve on that

PLug-n-Play, The PCV connects with a computer via USB cable.
