    Hi Sir , there are lot of commercial projects which are under construction in kharadi but there information is not available on internet such as Project on opposite side WTC on fountain road, Project near jakat naka on nagar road, project near ganga platinum and so on...Please shade light on this commercial projects and what is the reason they don't publish their details on public forum.

    Beware of VTP Builders, the possession gets delayed a lot...
    My question is how is Pride world city? Is it worth investment, also provide your views on its road/connectivity 😊

      Pride world city will be good once the inner ring road is built by PMRDA. At the moment, its location is not that great. Quality is also questionable when you compare it to other townships like Amanora and magarpatta

      Avoid VTP completely. Many in known purchased flat in VTP projects and struggling for possession. Heard about quality issues in Pride World City as well. Connectivity is not at all good at this moment. Why to go secluded places when other good options are readily available in developed localities.

    One Question:- Delayed project me OC aane me late ho raha hai, aur log illegal tarike se possession le rahe hai, kya ye sahi hai? Aur Resaler or investors use sale nahi kar pa raha hai, aase case me waha resale property leni chahiye?

    kasturi is giving floor to ceiling windows without grill or mosquito net. But their glass is quite thick so looks safe. Any views on kasturi builder?

    Due to the pigeon problem the balcony becomes dirty and non usable. Need to understand the PMC rules regarding shed and pigeon net installation on an open balcony.

    1- GST on maintenance charges. Is it applicable only for maintenance above 7.5K rupees per month? What is the rule, please clarify.
    2- Is Gera coming to the Manjari integrated township (vtp and godrej)?

I was going through MAHA RERA i came across something called "MAHARERA CONCILIATION" can you shed some light on this. I assume this is outside settlement without Legal maha rera complain.

      Over quoting by a big margin. It should not cost more than 90 lac.

      It depends on the area too, I think it is in balewadi right that it is too very close to the high street..so the price they are quoting is as per the area.. it's a bit high though ideal would be 1.05 - 1.10

      @@sandeshgupta6595 No of companies are more in western part of Pune. Many new office space are coming up in Baner, Balewadi, Wakad, Tathawade, etc. Also, if Hitec city in Mhalunge turns out to be true then it will take Western Pune miles ahead.
