In the Junagarh Rock Inscription of Rudradaman of 150 CE one Yavanaraja Tushaspa is said to have represented Asoka’s authority in Saurashtra.
The Sanskrit word "Yavana" means Ionian, and was a term that ancient Indians used to refer to Greeks.
So Tushaspa was probably a Greek governor working for Emperor Ashoka.

Where is kirat empire not on map? Chandragupta Maurya had actually an alliance with Kiratas and the kirati kings helped him at times to hide from the Nanda army of Magadh. Alexander sikandar army were slaughtered by these tribes.
Emperor Ashoka his daughter Charumati are said to have visited Kathmandu valley during the rule of Kirat king Sthungko. During their stay in the valley, they are said to have built 4 Buddhist stupas - all of which still exist today. It is not known whether they came on a friendly state visit or as conquerors.
At the time, the Kirata Dynasty was in decline and nearing its end. It’s possible that they had accepted the overlordship of the Mauryan Empire. The Kirata Dynasty fell a few centuries after the fall of the Mauryan Dynasty - not to the Mauryas, but to the Lichchhavis from Vaishali (now in Bihar).
