- Alexander the Great is considered one of the best military generals of all human history. He created a vast empire through his military conquests. Yet, after his death, his empire collapsed like a deck of cards. As it turns out, it happened because Alexander made a small yet costly mistake.

They lacked the will to fight and in the last couple of battles their fatigue was very clearly visible. a part of his army even did mutiny
