My Dad bought a new 58 Fairlane with the new FE block 352 and took it to the drag strip, lol. The new engine did pretty well. The FE block was used for about 10 years I think, 352, 360, 390, 410, 427, 428 varieties. Change the crank and heads, same block. I still have a 1964 FE 390 block in my 73 short 4X. I love it. Lots of torque, good for a truck. Thanks for the video and memories.
