A cool interaction that didn't come up (although it almost did) is that with Titania in play, if the opponent trades for Nissa's lands, it just turns them into 5/3s.
Finding out that LSV hasn’t just been on a losing streak but instead just doesn’t record when he wins is an interesting discovery

Nice one! I know I've been critical of some of the Fastbond/Exploration decks in the past, but this one had so much more gas - I think this is exactly how those cards excel, much more than the traditional lands packages. Loved the deck!
This was a fun one. Skeptical after the draft that it had a 3-0 in it. Spelljacker moving up; Library, Karakas, Fastbond busted as ever.

its been feeling like these types of value pile decks with great 5 mana plays have just moved way up. they look kinda all over the place but you're not just ramping with birds and elves anymore, cards like fanatic, rumble and six really have filled the gap

This deck really didn’t look like it’d pan out until the very end and I’m glad it did! You had great matchups too, your opponents didn’t have much in the way of fast combos or early interaction which just let you go off. Finally, the curse is lifted!

Sometimes knowing the title of the video makes the draft confusing. Pack 1 I would not have guessed this would be a fastbond deck!

This is the fairest Vintage Cube deck that I’ve ever seen 3-0. 😂
For sure. Fastbond, Titania, and Mana Crypt were the only real busted cards in the deck. Reanimate was just a value card. With how it was used it might as well have been Unearth without cycle lol
@@Marksmaan And this was a deck that really couldn’t abuse Mana Crypt or Fastbond that well. No Crucible effect (yes, Ren and Six sorta does that, but it’s only one per turn), and the best turn 1 Mana Crypt play was, what? Six? Tireless Tracker? 😂

i dont like taking the reanimate because like you said the next pick is likely the urza but the pick after your teammate might think that the entomb is enough of a sign and jump in just to be cut by you in p1 and p3 and cut you in p2

Is the green mana dork/ramp strategy just genuinely terrible in vintage cube? just curious because i feel like i see them get passed around so late so frequently.
Yeah basically. Dorks are still good but you really arent incentivized to max out on them anymore. You aren't really trying to build up to a turn 4 7 drop anymore, you want a 3 or 4 drop on turn 2. The removal has gotten too efficient to just play dorks for a few turns and play a fatty and the 3 and 4s have gotten so good that you just wanna get on board asap. You really don't want more than 2 or 3 dorks and preferably they're bop and a hierarch or 2
