I have been following this video a few times a week for about a month with some HIIT workouts in the mix as well! It can be hard to see progress when seeing my body everyday but I do notice a difference in my chest area - more rounded and firm which does give the appearance of a slight reduction :) In the beginning, I had to lower my arms between each workout but it’s gotten easier to keep up with overtime. The elbow lifts are still a killer but worth it lol thanks so much for your help! ❤
Everytime I start to get tired I just think of all the nice clothes I can wear once my chest is smaller or how I'll be able to run, jump, and dance with no pain or discomfort it helps me push through the workout
im 15 years old with size 36DDD, im so insanely insecure about my chest, it effects the clothes i wear, normal exercise such as running, and has overall wrecked my confidence. a lot of ppl say “i wish i was you” or “lucky” or “youre so blessed” but i would literally kill to be flat chested im not even kidding. im gonna start this workout and hopefully i can stay consistent and see results, day 1 done! ill be back tmr!

Day 1: ✅ it feel very easy my size is 34 goal 28.
Day 2: my shoulders are really painful ✅
Day3: complete I can feel the difference day4: complete ✅
Dey5: I did it ✅ I can feel the difference. The chest size is 33.5. i think that take a lot of time and days. Sorry for my delay message.
