12:38 Is the start of the magic.
The underlying function of pre-tension and how the body loads properly after the signal has been transmitted from the mind.
This is also where we can discover many traumatic "blocks" some examples would be:
    1. Posture and how someone has been told posture should be regardless of bone structure.
    2. The initial favoring side or what we have been trained to be called our dominant side takes over here.
    3. Our inability to use gravity and move with a relaxed belly vs. sucking in to stand.
There are so many things to discover here just simply getting up from a chair. Digging deeper within each element...
All to simply understand that you figured ALL of this out not from a chair but from the ground as a baby.
Without remotely being close to understanding any language to que you whatsoever.
That is where the work starts and it is a long journey that should be consistently revisited for long term personal health.

Buenos días. Me gusta tu canal ❤. Vivo en Madrid, soy español. Me preguntaba si puedo hacer el curso. No sé inglés. Gracias!

For the lying down lessons, is it really ok to do them on a soft bed? The floor hurts and I know I get cranky and don't learn from the lesson after a while.
