      Hello. I will make a separate video on how to engage your core. But basically you need to suck your abdominal muscles in and tighten your pelvic floor muscles. It's just awareness in that area and tightening it that makes it stronger when you do any kind of workout.

    Rashmiji...when i do squats which you showed at 7:00 min. I feel a nerve getting twisted in my knee..it's painfull..please help where it goes wrong and how to correct

      Hello. If your knee hurts while doing a squat then it is not normal. It's better if you get it checked out.
