    One of the reasons I started going to Slimming World last year was because I had flown home to the States the year before and I couldn't do up my seat belt. I asked quietly for a lap seat extender. The Flight attendant repeated my request out loud and made sure everyone around me saw what she was giving me. It was soooo mortifying that I ended up crying in my seat. I never wanted to feel that way ever again. Slimming World has been amazing and your tips are spot on. We all have bad days but we shouldn't give up we should keep going. You can have a bad day but it doesn't mean your journey is over. And I reward myself on Tuesday nights after I weigh. When I started Slimming World last April I was 20 stone and now I am 15.5 stone. I never want to go back to being 20 stone ever. I find my group SW FB page so helpful and your videos are very helpful as well. Keep up the good work

    hi Patrick, I have similar trouble on planes. I am going to Portugal with my girlfriend in September and I am hoping to have a better experience. I am just after my first week of slimming world and I am down 10 pounds so I am motivated to keep going. thanks for this and all your other videos

    Water water every were but not enough to drink. When you think you have had enough have some more. I am returning to the place were I realised I was over weight and not healthy this was two years ago and now I am over two stone lighter at my target weight it was in Asia this time I intend do to everything I could not do two years ago. What a good vlog thank you.

    Thanks Patrick, your vlogs are a great help. I watched your videos and subbed a couple of weeks ago and they gave me the courage to join SW on my own which is very daunting as a bloke i think you'll agree lol. Anyway i weighed in at just shy of your starting weight, so i've got a long journey ahead but your vlogs give me the inspiration and the tips to do it... Thanks again mate...     The same thing happened to me when I was at Universal in 2013. I couldn't fit comfortably in the seat for the Harry Potter Hogwart's Castle ride. My husband was lovely and let me pretend that it was because I felt uncomfortable (I'm short) having the straps so close to my head......went back in 2015 and I could fit in the seat.....and deliberately chose not to ride the ride! Such a great moment!

    Hi Patrick, thank you for your great videos. I'm only in my first week on SW, so still trying to get my head around it all. I had the shock of my life when I was weighed on joining SW group. I am 5'4" tall and am currently in size 12 clothes. I never weigh myself, and so I thought the most I'd weigh would be about 10st. But no !! I weighed 11st 2-1/2. My mum was shocked too. She is 5'8" wears a size 14 and weighs about 10.1/2 st. I just don't get it 🤔 So my aim is to get back into my size 10 jeans among other favourite garments in my wardrobe. 😬

    Hi Patrick, another great vid, thank you so much. I really look forward to seeing you're updates and I have been motivated so much. I drink more water now and it does help. I started at 18 stone 13 pounds, weighed myself this morning and am now 18 stone half a pound. yes I'm feeling pretty good about that, one more pound and I would have lost a stone. fingers crossed I'll reach this soon. I've just started looking at your instagram, I'm not very techy, I'm so used to hearing and watching you that I've not got to grips with it yet so any tips for instagram dummies would be geeat lolx

    The reason I restarted slimming world was because I spent about a month before my holiday terrified of going to a theme park incase I didn't fit on the rides (I did but the possibility was so embarrassing)

    Put a pound on this week not sure where. Been religious with everything and to be honest have never gone over my syns and record all diet. Setback but not overly alarming have to see and look up SP days see if they work hopefully will get back track but havent gone off really
