    I’ve found my cheat meals after weigh in are just so out of control. So instead i will just let myself have a treat of 15 syns only and then continue. I don’t tend to use all my syns most days anyway but this is a method that will stop me from binging after be being weighed and stay in control! Congratulations on your success you are very inspiring:)

    I was 2lbs away from my 2 stone award and last night at group I saw I gained 3.5lbs 😩😩 devastated, but I found you really motivational to push forward and get that 3.5 (or more) off by next Monday

    I'm a new subscriber, really impressed with your channel, can't wait to see it expand! You deserve lots and lots of subbies! Iv been on slimming world since August 2016 and have just hit my 3 stone award! I joined the gym in October and save all my Syns for a cheeky Saturday as that's what works for me! Can't wait to see what's to come with your channel dude, keep up the good work!

    Scotch eggs...I use smash powder to roll them in after rolling in beaten egg, spray with frylight and they crisp up lovely! Then they are free and I can still use heb for toast or sandwiches 😀

    I'm on day two of Slimming world after having an emotional meltdown last week when I caught sight of myself in a mirror in a bookshop.

    Could you mix your healthy extras?? For example half of it in cheese and half in milk. Also been loving your videos recently so helpful😊😊

      thankyou iv lost 10 pounds n 5 weeks up to now love the vidos helps to stay on track i go the meetin ever y week and stay to the end its fab with every 1 at the neetens all realy nice people im hopeing to get of a nother 4 pounds then iv lost a stone only 2 to go il do it what ever it takes well done with your weight loss well done and thank you

    Weighing and measuring everything is annoying and not very doable when u lead a hectic life
