Do you have online videos? I’m just getting started I’m 65 and I have lupus and fibromyalgia inflammation and pain I’m losing all my strength due to sedentary lifestyle
It should have something to do with rythm and music or it is just ridiculous.I tried it with dementia patients but it really seems like its only for upper body.They had fun despite me not being trained in the exercises by my supervisor.Without music I don't understand it though.

@@veterandicer3691 There certainly wasn't anyone who put out more effort to become a great drummer than he did, after first learning drumming while in the hospital for two years with TB.
