  • What's up beautiful people, welcome back to my channel. Here is the first of 3 full days of eating I will be posting over the next 3 weeks. I will update you during my mini cut weekly with exactly what I am eating.

    Meal 2: Eggs, Turkey Bacon, English muffin with cinnamon and honey
    Meal 3: Stuffed bell peppers with a Kombucha
    -12oz Ground turkey
    -3/4c black beans
    -2/4c roasted tomatoes
    -1/2c rice
    -1/4c of BBQ sauce
    Meal 4: Flank steak, Jasmine rice, black beans, cucumbers, spring mix, vegan dressing
    Dessert: Yasso bar

    I love your videos. Finally someone who enjoys eating and cooking. It’s so refreshing to watch your videos because you don’t try to preach the same old “you can’t have carbs if you want to look nice, you must cut out sweets if you want to be fit . I love that you eat what you want just in moderation and still look good doing it. You just made my day. Thanks for showing a different narrative and always being you. Your body is goals and thanks so much for sharing.

    My first time watching you guys. You are a beautiful couple. I started my workout a month ago. I was 187 lbs and now I'm 170. I work out with my 17 year old son. He is such an inspiration to me and I'm loving myself. Be bless much love.

      Lol we don’t have to completely give up the foods we like. It was an easy swap from the tortilla to some greens. I still got my rice though! 😂

    I’m so happy to have found your channel. I have a meal plan that on the surface looks overwhelming but it consists of many of the foods you eat. So your video has and will help me “ keep it simple “ and not get overwhelmed. Your meals look delish. Thank you and looking forward to more of your videos.

    I just got the orgain protein poweder today. Excited to try a smoothie for breakfast. Its plant based and doesnt have artificial sugar. So no tummy ache or nasty after taste is my hope

    Try the aldi vegan cheese if you have aldi where you are. It melt better in a pot while mixing in your beans etc

    I don't know how I ended here but I am glad I did! Just finished watching your GRWM fitness journey video and I was like I found someone who has very similar story without the body building part like me. I like your body shape it's what I aiming for this time and to maintain you're what I call thick fit and your body is giving what it's suppose to give! I made up my mind this year was going to be the year I not only get in the best /healthy shape and weight of my life but actually put in effort in maintaining it.     Loved thjs vid! I have similar body type as yours. I'm 5'2" 178lbs. I dont have a weight loss goal but more so want to tone and lose my belly. Your current midsection area is where um trying to be. Im trying to cut out the white bread/rice/potatoes However i see that you actually include it in your meals (i ❤ jasmine rice by the way). Maybe i need to lose the gut and then i can add it back in ( moderation)??? Idk. Lastly...if you can share your weekly workout plan that would be great.
