If l remeber correctly she said she got the recipe book from Hallmark but years ago, and it wasnt cheap either. The recipe cards came blank in the binder she then writes out the recipe on them, it probably had some dividers in it once upon a time. Hope that helps if not Kim will probs fill you in better than l did.👍

Last cook was my fav. Not so great tasting cooked beans and past expiry date cake. I love how care-free you are and also it assures me that i am not the only one messes up dinner or cook food beyond the expiry date. You taught me its okay not to follow receipe and its ok to experiment with the food. You bring me joy.

Another great video! You can chop the mushroom stems up and add them to whatever stuffing to make Stuffed Mushrooms. Or use them in omelets, soups, etc/

If you have never tried Nutella cookies, it’s a must. I make up several batches close to Christmas, freeze and slice them up when I’m ready to cook. Yummy!
We use the same bean soup recipe from Hursts and I’ve found it works best with a ham hock, all chicken broth instead of water, and a little Better Than Bouillon chicken base. The diced tomatoes also make a difference (I made it once without them and it wasn’t a s good) Also good with kielbasa!! ☺️

White chicken chili is one of my faves! I bulk it up with onions/bell peppers and a can of rotel or diced tomatoes. Also, definitely leave in the bean juice and you can mash an extra can of the beans to help thicken the chili up.

I’m in the U.K. (where the sauce - and the city it’s names after- is from) and I pronounce it Woo-stir (I don’t bother with the shire part) or just Lea & Perrins as they are the main brand who sell the sauce (like Heinz does ketchup or Hellman’s does mayonnaise). If you as for Lea&Perrins sauce in the U.K. everyone will know what you are talking about.

Food pantries take (and distribute) products that are years past the expiration date as long as it doesn’t look damaged :)
