@THE WADS you're welcome. Thank you. Hubby goes this Wednesday to see if he can have surgery to remove a large hernia that's pushing against his right lung. He's on oxygen 24-7 due to Covid damaging his lungs, so the surgeon wants to make sure he'll be okay to have surgery.

Costco sells lemon trees! I planted one 3 years ago and now I get 10 - 15 lemons a year! I planted it in a huge pot and put that roller thingy under it so I can move it around. Do it, you won't regret it!
Kim thank you for the fabulous recipes!!! I made the corn salad as a side to Taco/Fajitas night...delish.. was a definite hit...you rock! I cannot listen to Tiny Dancer while shopping without hearing Tony Danza....LOL. Yes, garden, you can do it. YOU can do anything!!!!
It always amazes me that even with your busy full household you always welcome more at the table. I should learn something from you! I entertained much more before I had kids. Now I often feel too busy or overwhelmed to host. Maybe I’m focusing too much on things people don’t care about. Anyway, thanks for the inspiration as always!
We love when you cook. Especially when you add spices. Like today, 2 teaspoons of Italian seasoning and you pour in at Least a cup full. LOL, that is usual measureing for you. The dishes must all turn out great, becuz your family & dinner guests love your meals! Planting citrus trees from seed is setting yourself up for a hard time. A lot of trees are hybrid and will not produce the same quality of fruit when grown from seed. You will get much better results going to a local, quality nursery and buying a tree recommended for your area. ❤️

"Throw a shrimp on the barbie" was a tourism ad we used, we actually say prawn here in Oz. Barbie was short for bbq, we shorten everything

Kim, we do fish frys occasionally and people love our hushpuppies. Im sending the recipe and hope you will give it a try. 2 cups buttermilk cornmeal mix, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 eggs, 1 bell pepper, i onion, 1 or 2 jalapenoes, just enough buttermilk to make it scoopable with the scoop you used in your recipe. Deep fry them and enjoy. You will thank yourself.😊

A tip for making tzatziki is to squeeze the juice out of the cucumber soo it’s not super runny! I use a cheese cloth.

I can always count on a great recipe and some comedy with your videos, it totally makes my day. I look forward to your videos. I too buy the country style pork ribs and they can be used in a variety of dishes. I use them to make sweet and sour pork, carnitas, pozole, and they are awesome grilled, with or without bbq sauce. I have found that cilantro 🌿 lasts the longest by putting it in a glass with some water in it and put a gallon sized bag over the top. They’ll last about a month
