I feel like the phone # in property radar is inaccurate. I use deal machine, but when I export to files it gives too many different likely owners. Any suggestions to where I can just get one phone number and one owner info?
I tried deal machine skiptracing and it’s horrible. I use batch skiptracing and has been the only skiptracing that is accurate in my opinion. Was deal machine a good skiptracer for you?

how do you filter out the numbers your purchased from a large list for example how do i filter out my 1000 numbers i bought from a list of 2000
