Thank you so much, Joy, this is the one area nobody advises you in, this is the first time I have seen this support available! Thank you so much!

I did this sitting up, and some surprising things came up, including how many opinions about my body actually have come from other people, rather than from my own actual relationship with my body. I also found myself apologising to my body for it having been so ill. It's so nice to have permission to take baby steps! Thank you so much 🙂

Hello lovely 💕 I think it was you who prompted me to make this video! And the women I've been speaking to on zoom. It's an area that gets forgotten about. Being kind and loving to ourselves is so important ~ and learning to build the trust again after trauma. Sending you lots of love 💕🪷🪻🌿🌼

Thank you Joy🙏 I’ve just done this meditation after my stretching routine and feeling very warm and uplifting ☺️ Thank you for this wonderful practice ❤
I’ve also written down the words of love 💕 to my body to the diary 📔 So I could revisit them afterwards

Finally did this one today! I usually have meditated by the time I open your channel and am ready to start on the movement, but today I made sure to start here as this was an applicable meditation for me! Very peaceful and relaxing--I did this from my cozy couch. :) Thanks Joy!

Thank you very much for this! I have bookmarked it to come back to. I had pelvic surgery to excise endometriosis growths and then had to be rehospitalized with complications a year and a half ago. I am relearning how to trust my body again and its sensations. Thank you for sharing this and helping many others to heal.

    Thanks Joy for the beautiful
comforting meditation which has truly helped me post abdominal surgery by strengthening and calming my mind and celebrating future possibilities for my body x❤x I tend to want healing to be rushed so this has been great for reminding to take time by staying in present x

Thank you. I think this helped. I am feeling disassociated from part of my body from radical hysterectomy

Hi Pilar, sorry for the late reply! Did you end up doing this one? How was it? Susie is singing in Sanskrit - it's the Gayatri mantra with a new melody. Sending you lots of love 💓
