I read Dr John E Sarno's book "Healing Back Pain" recently and he found out from his scientific study that the pain is linked with the repressed "Rage".. Thank you so much ..I will try these techniques
Very good! Also educational. Last night I had to work until just before midnight & during the last hour I did this video two times & I felt really good instead of really tired. Very grateful! Love, Linda dwn
I’ve gotten into Chigong which has some tapping in it, and I’ve gotten into EFT tapping which focus his moly on tapping the head and face and shoulders and rib cage and all of that stuff. This will be the first non-Chigong video that talks about tapping the body.
If you are suffering from IBS, best to consult your doctor. Always proceed gently with a new exercise... when you stimulate there it may happen, but over time, it will be good to develop more energy in the abdomen.
I Absolutely loved tapping like this it feels so much better than the way I usually do it. I just couldn’t see you doing the left side and I could be the way your supposed to be tapping with the beats. I couldn’t get my fists closed to go up and down. I was tapping together and I couldn’t get it straight. Felt anxious and I feel the energy moving through my arm going through my finger tips
That's a good question Becky. The answer really depends on what you're looking to achieve. In general, it's best to start slowly with any practice and see how your body and mind react. There are likely to be a variety of feelings when 'tapping' into deeper emotions and some of them may be uncomfortable or distracting. So, if you have a really busy or stressful week, it might not also be the time to do deep emotional work. Best to have some space to rest, reflect, and recover energy in between practice sessions. With that said, if you're interested in deeply feeling and accepting these emotions, then you can practice as much as you like each day. When we switch from simply trying to 'release' emotions to 'owning and accepting' them, there's no limit to the benefit we get by focusing inward. Emotions will come and go, so even after a deep release of emotion, they will likely build up again at some point, so it's not so much about getting everything out as it is about making a good daily or weekly routine to connect with your inner self. Let me know if you have more questions and how it goes!
Yes you can use this video to get in touch with and process any feelings stored in the body. As it says here, the organs tend to be powerful places for emotional energy storage. So, naturally you will circulate energy with this tapping routine and feel relief.
Hello Master David! Please make a video now with a combination of bouncing and tapping with amazing music and not much talking for my family class. Lots of love, Linda dwn
It feels great! Greetings from Italy 🙂👍👍👍Suggestion: what do you think about feet/legs or let's say face tapping video? Feet/legs tapping would be interesting, esp. when we walk a lot...That is- if there is that kind of tapping 😶🤷🏻 Face tapping would surely attract lots of female audience 😎 ...And male of course :)
My solar plexus took a lot of shocks in my life. I was so sensitive I got stomach aches that went on for two weeks, due to the stress of my father shouting at my mother, will this tapping help maybe to release all this shock?
If you have questions about this technique for your unique condition it's always best to consult your doctor. Otherwise, just be mindful of your feeling. Don't tap too strongly or in a spot if you feel strong discomfort or sharp pain.
Basically, that's right. Acknowledge the feeling, like, "I feel anger, I feel anger," without BECOMING Angry. Instead, keep moving and breathing. The process of 'watching' without reacting helps to develop confidence and self-mastery. As it become easier to do, we can practice accepting and choosing what to do with that energy.
Wow, it certainly can be an emotional release. I assume when you tap there it's not physically more painful, but emotionally there may be a lot of energy stuck there. The liver is commonly said to relate to anger or frustration, either in excess or repressed. It may be worth asking yourself, "why have I created so much anger inside?" or even saying, "I feel my anger, I trust that I have anger, I allow my anger," while you are tapping. The key is not to overthink and analyze it, just pay attention and feel. Let me know how it goes.
Do you have anyother tappping I get energy stuck in the hips or neck area at times. Thank you! I be using daily because I am healing and emotions are getting stuck.

If I have a large build up of emotion, how much of this would be advisable to do everyday? Is there such a thing as too much? Thanks
That's a good question Becky. The answer really depends on what you're looking to achieve. In general, it's best to start slowly with any practice and see how your body and mind react. Thank you Odette!
Do you have any tapping videos for releasing trauma from the body? Or does this particular video help with trauma by chance?
Yes you can use this video to get in touch with and process any feelings stored in the body. As it says here, the organs tend to be powerful places for emotional energy storage. So, naturally you will circulate energy with this tapping routine and feel relief.
@@BodyNBrain thank you!
thank you :)

Thanks for the idea!
@@BodyNBrain Might you add on the brainwave exercise where we lie on our backs and shake our arms and legs up above?
Mo Kwan "dying cockroach" I finally got the name for this!

Those are great ideas Ivana. Coming soon!
My solar plexus took a lot of shocks in my life. I was so sensitive I got stomach aches that went on for two weeks, due to the stress of my father shouting at my mother, will this tapping help maybe to release all this shock?
Thank you for your guidance. Is it okay to do this if one has gallstones (but which aren't causing pain)?
If you have questions about this technique for your unique condition it's always best to consult your doctor. Otherwise, just be mindful of your feeling. Don't tap too strongly or in a spot if you feel strong discomfort or sharp pain.
Hi, thanks for this video. Very helpful to me. Is this to be done on empty stomach or can be done anytime during the day?
Any time is ok, but it may be easier to relax with an empty stomach.
@@BodyNBrain Thanks for the reply.
Great, It's a little bit like tapping EFT
Yes, there are similarities to EFT!
do I need to focus on an emotion that's stuck and also can I sit when I do this?
You can certainly sit while doing this. And you can focus on an emotion or you can just relax and breathe with awareness of the body.
IF we get an emotion word come up when we say I FEEL I got I feel sad, then what should we do? just keep on tapping/
Can i ly down and di the tapping and i feel tirexneddin my arms
Yes, you can do body tapping while lying down. When standing, to relax your shoulders and breathe comfortably while you tap.
Did anyone else start crying when tapping right below the rib cage? My body got tingly especially my belly/legs/feet/ and my lips started quivering
Yes, that kind of energy/emotional release is not uncommon!
When I am tapping the liver part I can't help but having tears streaming down...why is that?
Wow, it certainly can be an emotional release. I assume when you tap there it's not physically more painful, but emotionally there may be a lot of energy stuck there.
