    Grandioso! Ho sperimentato il tuo esercizio ed è davvero utile ed efficace... grazie per averlo condiviso. Il tapping con i piedi è davvero innovativo. Complimenti per la tua scoperta, di sicuro introdurrò questa pratica nella mia routine quotidiana. Grazie ancora dall'Italia. Ho usato il traduttore per capire cosa dici ma è stato facile seguirti e imparare la tecnica.

    what is the recommended amount of time for toe tapping?

    • @BodyNBrain
      @BodyNBrain  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Patrick! It depends on your goal. If you've got a lot on your mind, you might want to spend 10-20 minutes or more doing toe tapping and breathing. Less is ok, too.

    • @AuthenticallyAnxious
      @AuthenticallyAnxious 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    • @BodyNBrain

      Toe Tapping should help you feel more grounded and relaxed if you're dealing with any stress response, yes

    Are the benefits identical for someone who suffers for foot neuropathy ?

    • @BodyNBrain
      @BodyNBrain  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Please modify the movement according to your condition. Always consult a doctor when dealing with any medical condition. Start gently and focus on feeling the motion not just in your feet but all the way from your hips and lower back down to your toes. Gradually increase your endurance and speed, staying mindful of the sensations from the feet. Over time, you may notice more feeling and strength.
