Check out my red balls! These are great to keep in a zip lock bag in the fridge as low calorie healthy afternoon snack.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup of rolled oats
1 scoop of MB Vanilla Protein Powder by Blackmores
Teaspoon of agave nectar or honey
1/3 cup ground hazlenut meal
zest of 1 orange
1 tablespoon of almond milk
freeze-dried raspberries to roll the protein balls in.
Place all the ingredients in a food processor and process for about 30 seconds until they have combined. Add more milk if needed. Roll into balls and roll in the freeze dried raspberries.

I added sugar free raspberry jelly powder to the food processor and omg...amazing. I also used greek yoghurt instead of almond milk.
what is a gluten free base you can use for this as i cant have oats beening celiac

Hi Zwhay29, Yes I definitely do my own cooking most nights, but I love to eat out too and sometimes if I'm lucky my partner will cook for me :-) Occasionally if I am in a rush and have not managed to do a shop, I'll grab one of my Delicious Nutritious Meals from the freezer. It is sometimes tough to plan ahead but I do my best - thanks for the question.
