You ladies are right, it’s so hard trying to find content regarding an ABSN program - but I’m glad I stumbled across this video. I’m finishing up my 3rd semester and only have 2 more remaining. You ladies can do this. We need more of us in our field!
I want to become a nurse because beside the obvious better of life and job security I would be granted, I want to be able to physically enhance a person’s life by in a more direct care that I haven’t done in the office or restaurant setting
Omg this is me right now. I am so close to feeling like I need to just end this. I started 1/25 and I have 80s and 3 60s and I’m just stressed about midterms/finals because the amount of busy work and the fact that you have 0 time to even study is insane. I have 4 quizzes weekly, and We don’t even know how to study because there’s no time. Pharm and patho on the same day is INSANE. Idk how I’m going to get thru this. I was feeling good today then I started studying Med math and forget it I had another breakdown. I’m just so beyond stressed. But I am trying to remind myself that I asked for this and I need to be grateful !
First and foremost, you should be proud of yourself! Learning how to balance it all is difficult. We have math on every quiz, so it is important to master it. I had to develop a system to get it all done in the fastest manner. I always did busy work first, so I could study content for the quizzes later. If you follow/email me I can give you suggestions that can help you for your nursing program specifically.
Needed this! Just finished my first week of an ABSN program and already feel like, 'Is this for me?? I can't do this...' So it was great to watch this video. I'm virtual now but I think it'll be better once I'm in person and making friends like you all have!!

Do it! ABSN gets you to the BSN faster, one time fee. Don’t let the naysayers deter you bc the nursing program will be difficult either way. How I looked at it, I mideswell get thru it faster.
