This is a great video. And also I found it excellent that you are trying to calm those interviewee. It is really really helpful because when I am in the interview , I really felt anxious and nervous. I can't deliver my speech throughout. You know, there are lots of answers in my mind but I can't deliver it properly.

Great content! glad to have found your videos.. really helpful! I'm aspiring to be a VA, still trying to get into training though and watching related videos here in yt. I hope one day I'll get a chance to be interviewed, too! I'm a stay at home mom, with lots of free time to say, take the job for good. If only I have VA experience I would have jumped right in to apply! I have been in BPO for years, but being a VA is totally different from that so I'm trying to take in loads of information, just pretty much anything that would help me be equipped for future applications.

New subs here...i really like to perform a task as va but i dont have experienced yet and no trainings at all except watching yt vlogs. But, right now, i do my small business in selling products and i've had also a work experience in bpo industry as telemarketer in an outbound, we do selling phone cards and other products that we want to offer to our clients as special gift to their loved ones here in phils. Watching this video is quite interesting and so inspiring. I used up my listening skills and attention to detail because of the dictions that requires listening and understanding. GOD BLESS.

I am planning to apply as VA and I'm having confidence issues talking with the client directly maybe because of our language, I easily get intimidated. When I get nervous, I tend to have a mental blackout. I am an entry-level for this type of job but has experience with BPO for 5 years. This video is eye-opening for me how to put up a good attitude during the interview.

I remember doing this one as an interrogation to my previous applicants as part of my job (recruitment specialist) but it’s important to gauge thoroughly applicant’s experience and skills by probing. Great job, Thomas.
Edit: I like how you provide your assessment after every interviews..shoot I miss doing calibration like this because what I observed to your candidates, you do have also the same thoughts lol can I apply to your company as one of the interviews? lol 🙈

You will be fine, just be yourself and be honest. Remember interviewing is a two way process, The company has to offer and you then CHOOSE to say YES

Still watching and can't help but feel how concerning it is that two of them don't know which job they are interviewing for.
I don't know if it's a strategy to say that the VA has many options or not. If I were the interviewer, I would be really put off.

Finding the diamond, 1st even though it's usually WFH, one has to dress appropriately, 2nd cameras should be turned on, 3rd, good background, and so on :)

Hi Tom, it seems these potential VAs do not have a huge amount of experience in fba or sourcing is this something you prefer or is this just the majority of people who apply don't have much experience. great video keep them coming.
Of course, if the applicant has a background experience as a VA, it's an advantage. The only concern we have with experienced VAs as applicants are why left their job as a VA or what is their reason for separating from their previous company.
If the applicant has no experience as a VA, we always make sure that they can speak in English and has a stable internet connection and computer. I have a recruitment team that interviews them and makes sure that they can work professionally. I also have an academy whereby we will train them how to source and understand the Amazon FBA model.
