I am working hiring a VA who will be potential fulltime PA. This is very useful. I am so used to do every little task on my own, but with the business growing, I need more time to work on the development and pass on the small tasks which is time consuming to someone. Thank you

How do you get your email inbox to look like that? i.e. when you put a ⭐ next to an email it goes over to the right so you know it's you that needs to review it? etc.

I would recommend giving them a generic email account, such as support@xyz.com or info@xyz.com.

How do you transfer content from your phone to the VA to do what needs to be done?
Not sure what you mean. But in general, everything we do is cloud based.
One way is to share or back up files etc. to a shared folder in something like Google Drive or Dropbox.
