Well for 20-25k Pesos, it's not enough for a family person to take the job. Hence, they would really find other extra job. Pay the VA better salary and you'll have their 200% commitment. Also, pay isn't always the one that keeps the VA in the company. Know the VAs worth. :)
Totally agree, recognizing a VA's worth goes beyond just salary. What other elements do you think contribute to job satisfaction for a VA?

20,000 salary for nonexp VA is so cheap... I will not try on this agency. Know your worth
Sure. We are not forcing you to do so. We respect your point but many applicant has also told us that we are also offering above the minimum wage in your country. Moreover, working at home earning 20K is not a bad since you can save from trasnpo and food allowance.

Agree. 20k is a low figure for someone who finished a degree. Yes, its above the minimum wage, but those people whose on the minimum wage are blue-collar workers.
@@ruzzelvx2233 20K is just the sallary but the incentive program for VAs are the ones that really drives them to work.

@@FastTrackFBA I'm not from fasttrack I'm a 3 years Amazon freelancer from another company, I'm watching this video because I want someone to apply here due to its free training and good starting salary.I think the comments before are living in the Metro cities hence the salary is low for them, but for us who are living in developing cities or provinces, it is a good salary already.

We no longer conduct final interview.
I also did not passed the initial interview. I guess having a business background, knowing how to run and profit from a business does not prove that you'll be a good product researcher. I hope they've expounded more why am I turned down. Thanks anyway 👍

I applied and took the assessment but I failed. Some products shown on the tests weren't popping up on my Amazon browser and I had a hard time looking for the specific product.

I passed the test and I've been invited to an initial interview this coming June 9. I'm just browsing in YT on how to passed the interview for VA and I saw the first vid before this video, and I found it interesting so I watched your other videos. Unfortunately, after watching this video I don't think I can make it since I'm on a red flag 🚩because I have a current job, but wanting to have this job as a Product researcher 😢 Do you think I need to attend the interview even though I know to myself that it's a red flag? 💔😢😢😢 Please enlighten me 😭

I’m am so confuse why I did not passed the final interview and I was emailed and suggested to watch this youtube video regarding to red flags answer in final interview , base on my VIDEO RECORDING in my own final interview. because I recorded my pc screen while Having interview, the question was
“why I choose fast truck fba? And what are the factors when choosing the ideal company for me?”
This my answer(my main reason):
1st IS when I applied for fast truck the first thing I consider is , they doesn’t required experience, instead they are willing to train successful applicants and turn it in to a great product research and va , which I considered I am best for the position.
2nd fast truck fba has the goal and mission to help the fellow amazon seller in their own businesses that also help’s a freelancers like me to have the opportunity to get a sustainable long-term job if I successfully pass the application process.
3rd fast truck fba belongs to the ecommerce industry which gives a great factor to consider that this company will have great long sustainable business and secure a very special place in the future business industry.
But the Interviewer answered me with this answer:
“ don’t give me answer that I want to hear “
Even I was being concise and clear to my answers
And insist for other factors and did not accept my main reason why I choose fast truck fba, and the other questions where regarding about family and plans for my family. It makes me confuse if what are really my redflags in my answers.
but still I am grateful to reach the final interview for the job position or product research.

I understand your answers. Based on our experience, many applicants have already answered the same thought or premise to your answers but still when hired, they tend to quit immediately. Being said, we are very careful on our observations with the answers of our applicants especially on general premise answers like yours. Tip: Please answer questions which are intrapersonal to you and not in general angle statements. What we are looking for in an interview is your sincerity to the position which can only be observed with very personal answers and not just common and general statements.
You may also consider improving your English proficiency skills. We saw a lot of grammatical errors in your comment alone. Remember that English proficiency is very critical if you want to be a Virtual Assistant.

@@FastTrackFBA I think he had a pretty decent enough english grammar right there, and its pretty much considerably accurate answer as a product research applicant , especially his 2 and 3 answers.
as an experienced hr assistant, given the fact that you posted one job description for the whole internet community to see, it's pretty much considerable that it has a high probability ending the same thoughts in every answer of the applicant's.
And the loyalty and sincerity of an applicant isn't sometimes found in their answer from their interview. Sometimes those who have the best answer are the ones who tend to quit Immediately as soon as they found better offer from other company, When an applicant successfully became an employee. It's always good to assume the inevitable changes in their career journey it's something that no company can control.

There are plenty of online job that have the same description and task as product research and plenty of youtube tutorials for it, try exploring more , you might find some company or client that offers you higher salary than 20 to 25 php , 👍
@@honeymacabale8813 yeah well said if the employee quit's the job it's inevitable. if you really want a good employee who will never leave the company, you know what to do in the very first place we know why they apply for the job it, 's not like they want to work in the company for free right?
