Consider your VA as an additional capital since you need to pay software which they will use together with their Monthly salary paid twice a month. I would strongly agree to for you to make your RA business profitable first before you employ a VA.

But i want to become a VA someday full time for the rest of my life. I like working at home remotely. When i watch the other videos of yours. I remembered you asking one of the VA in the interview that your recorded. That she wants to work remotely, but I don’t like her answer. But if i was her im gonna say i like working remotely because it gives me privacy and focus to work and comfortable in my house because i can take a break and get some fresh air. Something like that. Hello, Amazon does not like one person managing multiple selling accounts. How does a VA make sure that she/he don't get caught by Amazon? If one of the clients of a VA person has the account suspended, it can put the other clients' accounts at risk as well? Looking forward to your reply. Hi Princess, we use VPN to change the location of our VAs, also when we hit our £15K disbursement limit, Amazon checked who accesses our account and we provided documentation for our VAs.
Hi Tom are you buying in bulk from retailers and shipping to amazon for fba? If so do you have a tutorial on how to do that. Do you get it shipped to your house first to repackage it before shipping it to Amazon

I can still sleep haha. As you can see, to grow any type of businesses, you first need to establish a smooth system. I toned down my coffee in take since my system in my Amazon business is doing better. I can have less time in my Amazon business and enjoy more time of sleep.
Hello mate, how do you get away with these buying costs? Are you not VAT registered? Have not sold enough for VAT? Just looks strange as after amazon fees and VaT the first product is no way profitable, Thanks
Hi Sergej, I'm VAT registered, though I temporarily shoulder the VAT, I always make sure that the criteria of the deals we source will still give us a profit. Basically it''s how you will also play with your profits and VAT per item.
@@FastTrackFBA hello mate, thanks for reply, I have sold for £60k here in Uk in 3 months time, but as soon as I started making these large £10k-£15k orders from this supplier I found, they refused to sell as they been selling on Amazon as well, have you had any months that you would have lets say £200k in sales? As I find it extremely hard to find good suppliers here in Uk that would have decent products for profitable prices. Thanks Serg

How do you sell toys like Lego or Playmobil if Amazon is asking us to ungate with invoice from the suppliers? What about the IP complaint from the Brands?
Currently we are ungated in toys. Once we receive IP complaint we comply with the requirements given to fix the issue.

Amazon does not like one person managing multiple selling accounts. How does a VA make sure that she/he don't get caught by Amazon? If one of the clients of a VA person has the account suspended, it can put the other clients' accounts at risk as well?

Hi Princess, we use VPN to change the location of our VAs, also when we hit our £15K disbursement limit, Amazon checked who accesses our account and we provided documentation for our VAs.
Hi Tom are you buying in bulk from retailers and shipping to amazon for fba? If so do you have a tutorial on how to do that. Do you get it shipped to your house first to repackage it before shipping it to Amazon
Yes I do! about £20 to £30k a month and we ship to a prep center first before Amazon

Hello mate, how do you get away with these buying costs? Are you not VAT registered? Have not sold enough for VAT? Just looks strange as after amazon fees and VaT the first product is no way profitable,

Hi Sergej, I'm VAT registered, though I temporarily shoulder the VAT, I always make sure that the criteria of the deals we source will still give us a profit. Basically it''s how you will also play with your profits and VAT per item.
@@FastTrackFBA hello mate, thanks for reply, I have sold for £60k here in Uk in 3 months time, but as soon as I started making these large £10k-£15k orders from this supplier I found, they refused to sell as they been selling on Amazon as well, have you had any months that you would have lets say £200k in sales? As I find it extremely hard to find good suppliers here in Uk that would have decent products for profitable prices.
