This one is definitely one for the books! Marcus really was in rare form, but he was on it. Making all the good points and coming for EVERYONE! I don't even drink that "brown", but I was ready to get me a little sip of what Marcus was drinking on and settle in for a good time.
Virginia is self-medicating her anxiety with alcohol. She can't imagine her life without it. Have you noticed how shaky she is when she's trying to talk while sober?
She is definitely self-medicating and using alcohol as a coping mechanism. She's an alcohol abuser.
That said, it's tough sometimes to hate on Eric because it's probably hard to progress with someone who is adamant in their self-destructing ways, which when attempting to it looks like everything is an ultimatum. Although ultimatums could be bad to most people, when they are said to a (perceived) addict it could be the motivating factor to get clean...Eric either knows he is doing that or not (delivery could be better), but it's likely that the relationship isn't strong enough for her to decide to slow down
@@rc6449 Naw, his ultimatums are *never* focused on her sobriety it's always about whether she will comply with what he wants. Also his ass drinks right along with her. So he can pretend she's the only one with the issue but we see him.
