i’m so glad angel mentioned focusing on the bigger picture. it’s so important for our partners as dreamers to know that because we are willing to put in the work to make the dreams come true, that it’s gonna take some trust and flexibility on their part for them to let us do what we *know* we need to do in order to *achieve* all the success we’re after. we usually see that dynamic with the wife trusting the husband behind his every move (“imma stick beside him!!” lol) buts it’s so refreshing and validating to see that scenario flipped with tank and angel cause that’s exactly how my relationship is. and isn’t it only God that tank is already seeing the fruits that come with having faith in his wife 🙌🏽

I like san pellegrino sparkling water 😂 but I never drink them by themselves. I always add it to whatever juice I'm drinking. The key is to find the flavor you like.

Kombucha helps me a lot when I have heartburn Melissa! I don’t get it very often but the few times I do I’ve noticed after the second day it eases it a whole lot. I had terrible heartburn with both my pregnancies to the point that I had to carry around Tums everywhere I went and at one point was on prescribed heartburn medicine. Water gave me heartburn and it was horrendous. I tried so much and the medicine put it to a complete stop temporarily until I gave birth. Now kombucha is a good alternative to tums or any meds.

She wasn’t feeling good, she had acid reflux.
She said at one point (around 3:31) that she was feeling nauseous and that she was experiencing a lot of emotions after therapy (3:56) so maybe it's that. She definitely didn't seem like herself but maybe it changes further along in the video.
