Very common! Rarely go to one where any of the manifold or jig screws are tight either, never as bad as this one usually but still shouldn’t be the case! Appreciate you watching, if you haven’t had a chance to get, subscribe and catch me next week - annoyingly I’d really like to film a part 2 to this!

They paid for the diagnosis - to be honest, I’m sure they’ll be back, there was no physical leaking as it was caught in time and so slow that it just filled the drip tray, once it starts to fill up again they’ll soon realise I wasn’t trying to hustle them! Maybe they’ll watch the video and see 😂 thank you as always!

The plate common problems, the vibration agitated it and loosen them never had a recall always tightened those screw on every valiant service, also that black plastic condense pipe tends to leak, and cartridge keep the good work 👍

That’s right, all common design faults you’ve listed. And like you, I always give the screws a tighten. With the condense pipe, wrap it in insulation tape where it sits on the copper pipe or cut a rubber o ring and slip it over the pipe and it will create a gap.

Unfortunately, often the case - they’ll soon realise when the problem resurfaces! Obviously people are within their rights to decline a quote or hold off but I don’t think completely ignoring is fair - at least they paid for the diagnosis visit - it’s a shame as I’ve done work for them before previously! Thank you for watching - come back next week!
