  • Koose or Akara is a bean fritter from the northern part of Ghana and can also be found in Nigeria. We mostly have it for breakfast with kooko (millet porridge). It can be eaten as a snack or as a side to a meal as it contains a lot of protein. You can make it VEGAN by not adding the egg.This recipe is long overdue, it has only four ingredients. It is quick and easy. Please subscribe, like, comment and share.

    I want to believe it was very fluffy.
    You simplified it and that is a plus. Keep soaring higher

    Good to see you preserve water! Some Ghanaian cooking channels waste too much water, to the extent that it becomes painful to watch and enjoy the cooking process. Jazakallah khairan!

    Please I want to know what happens if the beans is not peeled of its skin before preparation

    • @Lamicooks
      @Lamicooks  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The texture will be different, it will not be as fluffy as the peeled one, and slight difference in the taste.
